Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible only before the order is processed. Processing takes 0-1 business days. To cancel, email support@daytorun.com as soon as possible. Include your order number.
Is delivery free?
Yes, we do not charge any shipping costs.
Are there any restocking fees for returns?
No, we do not charge restocking fees. You will be refunded in full once your return is processed and approved.
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
To swap an item for another color, model, or variant:
- Email us at support@daytorun.com with your order number and exchange request.
- Follow the provided return instructions.
- Once received, we’ll ship the replacement item (if the item is unavailable, we will inform you and figure out a different solution).
When will I get my money back for returned goods?
This is the process before your money is returned:
- We make sure that the items are in good condition.
- We then have a period of 7 days to administratively process your return and initiate the refund.
- The money will be received on the identical payment method that you used to place your order.
What if my order does not arrive on time?
Adverse weather, carrier network congestion, public holidays may extend delivery times. If your order is delayed beyond the expected date, wait 48 hours, then email support@daytorun.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier, then update you.
