Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at our support@daytorun.com. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.

Is delivery free?

Yes, Daytorun offers free shipping within the United States.

Are there any restocking fees for returns?

No, we do not charge restocking fees. You will be refunded in full once your return is processed and approved.

Can I exchange an item for a different one?

Yes, if you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@daytorun.com and we will assist you with the process.

When will I get my money back for returned goods?

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days. We will notify you of the confirmation by email.

What if my order does not arrive on time?

Please wait 2 business days after the estimated delivery date. If your shipment still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@daytorun.com and include your order number.

What should I do if damaged goods arrive?

Send us clear photos of the product and packaging by email to support@daytorun.com along with your order number. We will investigate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
