- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- No Restocking Fees: We don’t charge any additional fees for returns.
- Refund Time: Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 days.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Terms of Service: This policy is also a subject to our Terms of Service.
Eligibility and Condition
Returns are accepted when items are in new, pristine condition with no visible signs of use. Please include the original inner packaging, accessories, and inserts, and pack the package securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.
How to Start a Return
Email support@daytorun.com within 30 days of delivery. In your email, include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. We will reply with your return number and the return address.
Return Process
Once you receive our instructions, ship the package back using a trackable, insured method, and be sure to keep the receipt and tracking link. We will notify you by email when the package arrives at our facility and then inspect the item for condition and completeness.
Refund Processing Timeframe
After approval, we initiate the refund within 7 days. Funds are returned to the same payment method used at checkout. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a different color, model, or variant, please write to support@daytorun.com with your order number and request. Follow the return instructions; once we receive and approve the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement. If the requested item is unavailable, we will suggest alternatives or proceed with a refund.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before the order is processed. Processing takes 0-1 business days. To cancel, email support@daytorun.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Package Issues (Damages)
If you need to file a claim because the order did not arrive in pristine condition (e.g., incorrect item, damage, etc.), contact us within 48 hours at support@daytorun.com. Attach clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, the item, plus your order number. After review, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
General Complaints
If anything else is not as expected, email support@daytorun.com with your order number, a short description, and photos if relevant. We will review the issue and respond with the next steps.
Important Notes
Return requests cannot be processed after the 30-day window. We are not responsible for untracked returns that do not arrive at our facility. All returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
