Order Processing

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after checkout. We strive to process orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the same business day whenever possible. Standard processing time is 0–1 business day (Monday – Friday). Your payment method is authorized at checkout and charged once the order is confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

When your package ships from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information. Delivery within the continental United States typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be extended due to adverse weather, carrier network congestion, or public holidays. If your order is delayed past the expected delivery date, please check your tracking information first. If you require assistance, please contact us at support@daytorun.com and include your order number. We will contact the carrier on your behalf and provide you with an update.

Problems?

If your order does not arrive in new, pristine condition (e.g., not the right item, damaged, etc.), you must contact us within 48 hours at support@daytorun.com. Please attach clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, the item, and your order number. After review, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed. Since processing typically takes 0–1 business day, please reach out as soon as possible. To cancel, email support@daytorun.com immediately and include your order number.

Holidays and Peak Seasons

Orders are prepared and shipped on business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons, both dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.
