  • How to Return an Item

    • Contact Us: Email us with your order details and reason for return. Photos can help speed up approval.
    • Instructions: We’ll provide the return address and any other details once approved.
    • Pack Securely: Use the original packaging if possible to protect the item in transit.
    • Ship: Arrange shipping at your cost. Tracked shipping is recommended.
    • Refund: After we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund.
  • Refunds

    Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

  • Exchanges

    To swap an item for another size, model, or variant:

    • Email us at support@daytorun.com with your order number and exchange request.
    • Follow the provided return instructions.
    • Once received, we’ll ship the replacement item, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations

    Possible before processing. To cancel your order, please write to support@daytorun.com.

  • Goods for Complaint

    In case you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

    • Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
    • Email support@daytorun.com with your order number and photos.
    • We’ll assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

    You can complain about any goods that have one of the following defects:

    • Damaged upon delivery: Broken, deformed, or otherwise non-functional product.
    • Does not match the order: A different product than the one you ordered has arrived (different type, color, size, etc.).
    • Has a manufacturing defect: Poorly processed material, non-functional part, missing components.
